Purchases can be paid for using a money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). All purchases are paid in CDN funds. Your credit card company will make the necessary exchange calculation on your credit card.

Shipping and Delivery:

All transportation, brokerage and duty cost is to be borne by the buyer.
If the buyer requires insurance on the product, the cost of the insurance will be borne by the buyer.

Returns:

Hologram Gallery will refund your money if you are not satisfied with the product and return the product within 30 days of receipt. Earrings are the only exception to this policy and cannot be returned. In order to return the product please call or e-mail our office and ask for a return authorization number.
